Jacqui Ferris
Jacqui Ferris is the Managing Director of PerformanceHQ. She developed PHQ in 2008 with the sole aim of building the capacity of leaders.
Jacqui is a highly respected Executive and Team Coach and Facilitator. She has coached and advised leaders in internal organisational roles and as an external coach since 2003.
Jacqui and the PHQ team design and deliver tailored one-on-one team coaching and leadership development programs for Executives and Board Directors. PHQ works closely with the Leader and/or Human Resources and Organisational Development clients to scope and deliver seamless results via targeted and practical engagements.
EXECUTIVE TEAM DEVELOPMENT:
In order to support the CEO/senior leader to deliver the ever-increasing demands on them, we believe that the executive team of 2020 and beyond needs to ‘step up’ and own some of these challenges as a collective and engage their partners.
We draw on evidence-based models and contemporary business examples to build challenging scenarios in a series of workshops designed to illicit issues, promote robust discussion, and unearth roadblocks that can/are holding the team back from reaching their potential as an executive cohort.
We challenge the executive team to own, live, breathe, and showcase behaviours that prove their commitment to their designated culture. This means they must hold themselves, their staff, and sometimes their CEO to account.
We encourage the teams’ key stakeholders to be engaged throughout a team development program – after all, is it not these people that the team is there to serve?
ONE ON ONE EXECUTIVE COACHING:
As one of the earliest graduates from Sydney University’s Coaching Psychology Master’s program, Jacqui draws on evidence-based research and models combining this with a practical business focus.
She provides a challenging, private, yet fun environment for executives to work through issues and, importantly, get into action on difficult conversations and work that has to be done.
Prior to building PHQ, Jacqui had a successful career in Executive and Board Search with boutique Sydney search firms - initially in Banking and Financial Services then later Health, Horticulture, Arts, Entertainment and the NSW Public Sector. This led her into a line role leading the implementation and management of the Resourcing & Talent Management team at Perpetual Ltd.
Throughout her career, Jacqui has built a reputation for establishing enduring relationships based on trust, quality results, and supporting her clients long after the engagement ended.
She uses her deep personal networks and over 25 years’ consulting and General Management experience to assist leaders to navigate through the challenges of ever-changing, demanding, and political environments.
Many of Jacqui’s clients have progressed into C-suite and Board roles over the 25 years+ they have known each other, and she continues to work with them today.
The results of PHQ’s work lead to increased focus, execution, and results which, in the long-term, increases individual and collective accomplishment and confidence.
